SCALAPACK is installed on the Blue Gene/Q.

Blue Gene/Q

An install compiled with IBM XL is here:

/gpfs/u/software/bgq/scalapack/xl/

Loading the module file:

module load scalapack/xl

will set the variable SCALAPACK_INSTALL_DIR and prepend CMAKE_PREFIX_PATH.
