Building and Tuning Popular Software

This following are popular HPC software packages that users may find build and runtime tuning advice helpful for. These pages are in progress and will evolve over time. If you would like to contribute to any of them please email support[at]ccni[dot]rpi[dot]edu.

NOTICE Some of the software listed below are NOT FREE/OPEN SOURCE SOFTWARE and must be appropriately licensed for use at CCI before they may be brought onto the CCI systems. Compliance with applicable license agreements is the responsibility of the parties bringing the software into CCI, failure to comply with license agreements is a violation of the Acceptable Use Policy.

Most of this software depend on one or more of routines implemented in ESSL and FFTW 2.1.5.
